Bude Yoga and Therapy Space is the brainchild of Debbie Avery and husband Mike Bourne. They moved from Berkshire to Cornwall 8 years ago and quickly set up the yoga studio for Debbie along with treatment rooms for Mike, a qualified Osteopath. The couple did their initial yoga training with Friends of Yoga (FRYOG) and although Mike doesn’t teach classes himself, they work closely together delivering their Yoga Teacher Training courses, as well as providing Yoga classes, Osteopathy clinic and Sound therapy for the community. The specialties of husband and wife complement each other perfectly and the Centre is in great demand both from the locals and many summer visitors too.
